Aldi opened one of their newest stores in November 2018, on Cook Road just north of I-75 (Exit 212). Those traveling from downstate Michigan to their vacation homes in northern Michigan know that Exit 212 is the halfway point and a very popular stop to gas up, feed the kids and stock up on groceries for the weekend.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS

The development is anchored by a 21,000 SF Aldi store and has one additional outparcel available for sale. The site is rough graded, has access to all utilities and is serviced by a community storm detention pond that was constructed in connection with Aldi, all of which benefit the outparcel users.

The development has two access points on Cook Road. The first is a four way traffic signal at the north end of the property that shares the intersection with the Wal-Mart Supercenter on the west side of Cook road, and a secondary entrance is situated between the two outparcels, and aligns with the entrance to McDonalds also on the West side of Cook Road.
